Elsie Klimchuk

          Elsie Klimchuk loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away peacefully at Kamsack Hospital.  Elsie was born the youngest of seven children in the Lilyvale District, SK., to Harry Owchar and Irene (Jenny) Solomon.  Elsie married Lawrence Klimchuk on August 9, 1952 and took residence in the Pelly District.  Elsie and Lawrence were blessed with three children, Edward, Myrna and Kenneth.  Elsie passion in life was cooking, gardening and socializing with friends and spending time with her family. 

          Elsie was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence in July 2017.  She will be dearly missed by her family; Edward (Patty) grandchildren: Tara (Nathan) Toews, Brenan (Amanda) Klimchuk, Myrna (Eric) Ruthven grandchildren: Brian (Randi) Ruthven, Cheryl (Darren) Hargrave and Kenny. Seven great-grandchildren: Avyn, Laurenne, Emery, Avielle, Lyden, Luke and Vonn.

          She will always be remembered in our hearts.

          A Celebration of Life Service will take place Friday, January 5, 2018 from the Chapel of Wolkowski Funeral Service – Kamsack, SK. with Laura Dahl officiating.  Interment to follow at Riverview Cemetery, Kamsack, Sk.
