Rezansoff, Fay Eileen (nee West) born February 19, 1936 – December 28, 2017 aged 81 years.  Fay passed away peacefully at the Yorkton Health Centre with her family by her side.  Fay was born on the family farm in the Maloneck District.  She attended school until grade 8.  She babysat the neighbour’s children which sometimes included living at their homes.  Fay helped her mother cook in construction camps and also worked at the Bakery in Kamsack for a while.

In 1954, Fay met the love of her life; John Rezansoff in Togo and soon married on July 4, 1955.  Fay and John operated the family farm at Togo which included land, livestock, pigs, chickens, ducks, geese and a huge garden.  Fay and John raised four children on the family farm.  Fay milked cows, fed chickens, gathered eggs and tended a huge bountiful garden.  Fay was an excellent cook, most meals fit for a king.  If you left Fay’s place hungry, it would have been your own fault.

Fay enjoyed many things in her life, such as sewing, cooking, gardening, music, dancing and reading.  Fay loved visits from her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends.  Fay always hoped that everyone was doing well in their lives and if not, she would help out in any way she could.

Fay was an amazing woman, she had the kindest heart and such a loving and caring nature.  Fay always looked for the good in everyone and everything.  Fay was still living and managing the family farm at the time of her passing.
