Winston was educated in Kamsack. He worked hard all his life.  He was a labour, drove bus for 25 years, worked at Cote Arena for 20 years.  He worked for Kuzma's farm for many years and a traditional gravedigger for 30 years.  Winston was a perfectionist, his moral was do it right the first time, then you won't have to do it again. Winston ran a tight ship and was very firm, you knew enough not to answer back.  He had many talents but, the one he was best at was being hardcore mechanic.

He worked till he couldn't work anymore.  He slowed down after the love of his life, Janet, went home with Jesus.  He loved his wine and had many friends.  His last few years were spent at Kamsack Nursing Home.  He was known to his kids as "Pops".  We are going to miss him dearly. "Rest in Peace".

Winston is survived by his children; Delores Friday, Brenda Cyr, Loretta Friday (John Kentz), Ray Friday, Vern (Ramona) Friday, Gerald (Friday), Randy (Sheryl) Friday, Calvin Friday, Dave (Terry-Lynn) Friday, Ervin Friday and Leslie Friday, 48 grandchildren and 84 great grandchildren.

Winston is predeceased by his wife Janet, siblings Mickey, Dexter, Gerald, Oliver, Eric, Geraldine, Glenis, Thoreen, Etheline, Delphia, Mabel and Melba daughter Lorena, grandchild Jasmine.
