Adeline Anne Kazakoff

KAZAKOFF: Adeline Anne, November 10, 1945 – March 5, 2024 age 78 years Adeline was born in the Canora Union Hospital to parents, Metro and Laura (Dziaduck) Prokopetz. She was the oldest of 3 children. Adeline attended grade school at Strathcona School and high school at Canora Composite where she graduated in 1964. Adeline married Frederick (Fred) Kazakoff on October 1964. After they were married, they farmed on a mixed farm in the Veregin area. Adeline and Fred raised 3 children, Bradley in 1965, Claudia in 1966 and Dean in 1970. Adeline worked at the Chautauqua Gardens Greenhouse from 1987 to 2009. She retired to Canora in 2013. Adeline was predeceased by her parents, Metro and Laura Prokopetz; Son, Dean; in-laws George and Anna Kazakoff; Brothers-in-law, Joe Loshka and Dale Yarie. She is survived by her son, Bradley (Angela) Kazakoff; daughter, Claudia (William) Tenwolde; Grandson, James (Kennedy) Kazakoff. Granddaughter Jesse (Chad) Matechuk. Greatgrandchildren Owen, Logan, Morgan, and Annabelle. Sister, Sylvia Loshka; Brother, Ken (Donna) Prokopetz. Sister-in-law, Natalie Yarie. Brother-in-Law George Kazakoff and many nephews and nieces. In keeping with Adeline’s wishes a graveside service will be held in the summer of 2024 at the Veregin Cemetery.
