Robyn and Dereck, you provide a great service and I want people to know that
with this posting (a long time coming). With the passing of my son Derek, just over 3 years ago, you were there in every way to handle all our concerns for all the arrangements and for planning a tribute to Derek. The afternoon of Derek’s death, I phoned you and Robyn, to hear your warm and friendly voice on the phone, was so great. I felt the welcome of having lived in the small town of Kamsack. You and Dereck came to Yorkton that very evening to pick up Derek. You really helped Amber and me with such a traumatic time. Then two days later, Ben, Amber and I met with you Robyn and you immediately put us at ease and assisted us with all the decisions that had to be made with our devastating loss. I was so relieved that you just looked after everything.
The tribute/service for Derek was hugely attended and you both handled every detail with care, warmth, concern and professionalism. There had even been a problem at the OCC with a water leak but you dealt with it and didn’t miss a step and there was no inconvenience.
Years prior, Dereck had looked after Darryl’s service and I was very impressed with how smoothly everything was handled. That is the reason I didn’t hesitate to contact you when Derek passed away.
Robyn, you were always readily available and it was so appreciated. I know this is your job, but you and Dereck really add the personal, caring touch to the whole emotional process and it really shows. Thank you again for your heartfelt caring and concern with Derek’s passing.

Having lost my parents 25 months apart from each other, we have shared these times of grief with Dereck and Robyn. They have made those difficult moments just alittle easier by showing such deep compassion and tenderness to our situation. From the difficulty of the first meeting to make funeral arrangements, burial, and the funeral service. They were here for us. A beautiful touch to the service they offer was to bring both my parents back to the farm one last time and take them for a drive through the back roads that they loved to drive on while on the way to the internment. We appreciate you and the care you give during these hard times in our lives. May God Bless you. 💕

This is long overdue! Thank you Dereck, Robyn and staff for the care and compassion you showed to all of us when Garry passed away so suddenly and unexpectedly. We were all in a state of disbelief, and you helped to make it more bearable. You listened to our wishes, gave advice we needed and were just "there for us" with whatever had to happen to make Garry's service a special tribute to him. The extra special touches did not go unnoticed and we all appreciate them very much. Since you Dereck, and Garry worked together at gravesites on many occasions and knew each other well as friends, this was a shock to you as well! In spite of that, you were professional and did your job, as you always do and assisted us in many ways through an absolutely horrible time. We thank you and your staff so much! You are a credit to your profession - one that is not easy, but a very necessary service. God Bless you all!

Dereck and Robyn do a fabulous job! They have now helped us through 3 devastating losses in 2013, 2014, and 2017. Without their care and compassion we don't know how we would have made it through. They are always there for you. They truly get to know what the family wishes are and deliver with such compassion. Even if they think - this is their job - they are truly Angels that are there to guide you through your difficult journey.

You do beautiful funerals Dereck! You've made a good name for yourself! Good for you!

Just wanted to congratulate you on the recent fund-raiser for Fort McMurray. Great job!

Hello. You don't know me, but I know
both of you. I just have to say you both
do a beautiful job at a job no one really
pays attention to. You buried my Baba
and Dido (on my father's side) in the
same year and probably will bury my
mother's mother in the next 8 years or so
( she's 92). Thank you both for doing that
thing that no body else can do. I will see
you soon but hopefully not too soon.

When other cities were charging ton's, and weren't respectful of our wishes. Wolkowski came to the rescue during such a hard time that no one can really give a step-by-step system on how to react and do. Dereck really made my family feel valued and respected. Kudos to Dereck for doing a job that not much can do efficiently and caring at the same time.
