Carl Roy Yunick, entered peacefully into eternal rest, after watching the most beautiful Saskatchewan sunset.
Carl was born to Alex and Mary Yunick (nee Wilgosh) and grew up going to school in Buchanan. As his father was with Canadian National Railroad (CN), railroading was in his blood. Prior to joining CN, Carl had a short stint with Federal Grain, in Rama. After that he continued his career with CN, till he took early retirement, due to health concerns. Carl loved sports, especially the Toronto Blue Jays and was also a devote Saskatchewan Roughrider fan over the years. In his younger years, Carl, excelled in softball with the Rama Rams.
Carl is survived by his life partner MaryAnn Zuk, sisters Albina Boyes and Linda Knoll, nephews Chad (Gloria) Knoll, Tom (Candace) Boyes, Doug (Marla) Boyes and their families, also his self acclaimed daughters; Connie Zuk, Lisa (Conrad) Grodzinski and grandson Graeme Zuk (aka Boomer).
Carl is predeceased by his parents and two brothers Joseph and Tony.
