Lindsay Friday

Lindsay loved life and always greeted her family with a smile that could light up a room. Always showed love to her family with a hug. She had the most cutest and awesome laugh. She was so proud of where she came from and it showed in her style. Her best accomplishments was having her babies; daughter Challis and baby boy Keyodie. Lindsay always had a kind and loving heart and so much to offer. She graduated and received her grade 12 diploma, she put her heart into it. 

Lindsay always made her family proud as well as being the first born grand-daughter to the Friday family. Lindsay will always be remembered for her wonderful and caring demeanor and will be missed by her family and many friends. The Lord sent for his special angel. Go rest high on that mountain "Linds". Forever in our hearts.

     Lindsay is survived by her partner Lyall Robertson, daughter Challis, son Keyodie, father Ray Friday Sr., mother Vivian McKay, grandmother Marjorie McKay, brothers Ray Friday Jr., Howard McKay, Justin Friday, sisters Tessa Friday, Amanda Friday, Viola Friday, Tina McKay, Sheliah Friday and by several others in the Friday and McKay families.

     She is predeceased by her brother Farron Friday (in infancy), paternal grandparents Charlie and Janet Friday, maternal grandfather Dave Severight, aunts Lorena Friday, Wilma McKay and by uncle Floyd McKay.

     Wake service was held October 7, 2018 from Cote First Nation Band Hall, Cote First Nation, SK., Funeral Service was held October 8, 2018 from Cote First Nation Band Hall, Cote First Nation, SK., with interment following at New Cote Cemetery, Cote First Nation, SK.
