Our incredible journey has come to an end and it is with profound sadness we announce the unexpected passing of our hero, Nolan on June 7, 2017. Having graced this earth for 33 short years, Nolan accomplished so much and meant the world to those he left behind. Not a man of many words, Nolan connected with others through music, beautiful words and thoughtful acts of kindness. He was the best husband and dad anyone could ever hope to have. A brilliant man in the electrical field, an amazingly talented and self-taught musician, mechanic and cook. There was no task he could not simply YouTube and tackle, always successfully. We will miss his dry sense of humor, his DEVOtion to lawn care, and ever changing seasons of facial hair he sported.
Nolan will be forever loved by his wife, Crystal, children Dylan (11), Joel (9), and Samara (3); parents, Murray & Barb Khadiken, sister, Kristen (Jeff) Hannotte, niece, Brooklyn, nephew, Jake, grandmother, Alice Khadiken, many aunts, uncles, cousins, his family with Dynamo Electric, and an unlimited amount of friends. He is predeceased by his grandparents Ray & Pat Broda, and Peter Khadiken.
A Celebration of Life service was held Friday, June 16, 2017 at 2:00pm from the Gallagher Centre, 455 Broadway St., West, Yorkton, Sk. Those who so wish, may make memorial donations in memory of Nolan, to a trust fund established for his children at any TD CANADA TRUST Bank, account # 6687605, would be appreciated by the family.
