Arthur was a well-respected brother, uncle, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, elder and friend. He loved his community. Through hard work and dedication, he had several achievements during his lifetime. One of his most proudest moments, was when he graduated from SIAST in 1986, with his journeyman certificate in carpentry. For the majority of his life, he worked as the housing coordinator for Keeseekoose First Nation for many years. Arthur was very talented in all sports, he loved hockey, baseball and was an avid golfer who enjoyed playing with the ‘fishes’. He was also very competitive. Art loved to travel to Benito, playing pool every week. He was the strong, silent type, who always had great advice and was very knowledgeable. He also enjoyed playing in the casino for "slot tournaments” He enjoyed the powwow trails and anything cultural. He will be surely missed by everyone.
