After a short courageous battle with cancer, it is with heavy hearts, the family announces the peaceful passing of Brittany Dawn Twerdoclib on August 12, 2025, at the age of 38, surrounded by her loved ones. Brittany was born on December 12, 1986 at Regina General Hospital. Brittany was diagnosed with Spina Bifita at birth and had to undergo many complicated surgeries. Overcoming them all she was wheelchair bound and lived her life to the fullest. Brittany grew up on the family farm by Arabella until 1999 when they moved to Norquay. Brittany attended school K-12 graduating in 2006. She enjoyed her summers at Camp Easterseal. In March of 2013 Brittany was accepted into The Mackenzie Society where she resided at PreecePlace in Preeceville. Brittany worked at Uncle Mack’s as a clerk, fashion retailer and many other odd jobs around the centre. Brittany was passionate about country music and attended many concerts with her Uncle Cam. She loved being around people, and enjoyed spinning around the dancefloor with her family and friends. Brittany moved to the Norquay Health Centre on June 3rd, 2025. During her time at Norquay Health Centre she was happy to be back in her hometown where she fought her short battle with cancer.
Brittany is survived by her parents Robin and Bernadette (nee Zarowny); brothers Clayton (Kelcey), Kinsley, Kylie, Remi, Brennan (Mikaela), Slade, Rhette, sister Kelsey (Brielle) Kasyn, Leena; many Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, and her beloved Braiden.
Brittany was predeceased by her grandparents Victor and Mary (nee Ginetz) Twerdoclib, Adolf and Violet (nee Kowch) Zarowny; and her uncle Garry Twerdoclib.
