George is survived by his mother, Sonia Shukin, wife Cristy, daughters Kendra of Kamsack, SK, Jordan of Cranbrook, BC, Natalia (Josh) Edlin, their children Beau and Cadence of Yorkton, SK. His brother Wayne (Claire) of Kamsack, SK, Curtis (Deidre) of Medicine Hat, AB, sisters Kim (Carl) Cassel of Glassboro, NJ, and Sharon (Travis) Froess of Regina, SK, Susi (Jason) Rose of Collingwood, NJ.

George is predeceased by his father George, Grandparents Nikifor and Vera Shukin and William and Mary Popoff.
