HLADUN, Myroslaw (Melvin) born March 29, 1942 – August 19, 2020. Age 78 years.
Melvin was born in Canora, Saskatchewan on March 29, 1942. He attended Pretty Valley School north of Mikado and then the Canora High School. He moved to Regina where he found work at Western Groceries for 26 years in their warehouse. Melvin retired in Kamsack and assisted with farming for his brother Walter, Alice and Kelly. He was a lifetime Edmonton Eskimos and Toronto Maple Leafs Fan. Melvin loved to do garden work, fishing and tinkering with building small gadgets with precision. Melvin is survived by his sister; Cassie, brothers; Ernest, Fred, Alfred, Paul, Harry and David along with numerous nieces and nephews. Melvin was predeceased by his parents; George and Annie sister; Mary, brothers; Bill, Ronald, and Walter. A private family graveside service was held at Riverside Cemetery, Kamsack, SK., on August 27, 2020 with Father Warren Dungan officiating.
