Sookocheff, Paul John passed away at his Madge Lake home, on July 9, 2022, at the age of 94 years.
Paul was born March 26, 1928, in Buchanan, Saskatchewan to John M. and Anne (nee Morozoff) Sookocheff.
Paul and Family lived in Veregin, Kamsack, Farm and Madge Lake. They started with what they referred to as: “The Old Cottage” and then “The New Cottage.”
Living at Jubilee Subdivision was the epitome of life. The residents of Jubilee made it such a happy time for him. He felt safe, well-protected, cared for and cared about.
Paul enjoyed grain farming, working in the family business (International Harvest 1948-1975), travelling, hunting, snowmobiling, fishing, his German Shepherds, entertaining, watching sports (especially baseball and curling) and after his wife passed away Paul enjoyed cooking.
Paul was pre-deceased by his wife Eleanor and two daughters, Darcy and Sheryl, his parents and nephew Gord.
Paul is survived by his brother John (Wilma) of Saskatoon, nephew Ken of Mission, B.C. and many relatives on the prairies.
