He was proud of his roots and carried himself with strength and humility.

Travis began playing hockey at just 5 years old, this would also be the same year he got into his first hockey fight.  He quickly built a reputation as a fierce and fearless competitor. He was passionate and loved the game. He was a force on the ice and earned deep respect from teammates and opponents alike. He played for many teams and attended many tournaments. Including the St.Phillips Spurs, St. Phillip Rangers Jr B  Swan Valley Stampeders Jr A MJHL and Norway House Stars Jr. B. He was protective on the ice just as he was in life, always standing up for people he loved.

It was there they both gave their life back to the Lord, a defining and powerful moment in their lives. Travis believed whole heartedly in God’s word and lived by scripture in his everyday life.

Later in life Travis founded Yeshua Ministry where he went on the streets to pray with and over others; offering encouragement, food, clothing while sharing the love of Christ with those who needed it most. His faith in Christ was not just something he believed it was something he lived.
