Angela Wilgosh

             Angela, was the first, of three children born to Paul and Ludmilla Vereenooghe (nee Engelman) of the Bear Stream District. At the age of eight, she moved with her family to St. Philips. She received her education at St. Philips, and at Catholic Schools in Winnipeg and Yorkton.  Angela married Mike Wilgosh in 1959 at St. Philips Roman Catholic Church.  They lived in the St. Philips District, until retiring to Kamsack in 1979. She lived in her own home until she was 100 years old and then in January 2020, she then moved to the Kamsack and District Nursing Home, where she resided until her passing.
            She is survived by her nephews Larry, Ken (Norma) and Randy Betz and her niece Judy (Rod) Schindler.

            Angela is predeceased by her parents Paul and Ludmilla Vereenooghe, husband Mike, sisters Mathilda, and Agnes.

            Mass of Christian Burial was held December 17, 2020 from St. Stephen’s Roman Catholic Church, Kamsack with Fr. Joseph Kurivilla officiating. Interment followed at Riverview Cemetery.
