Emily Lesser

Emily was born on February 3, 1939 in Kamsack District to parents Louis and Anne Bielecki (nee Lazor). She grew up in Kamsack area where she attended school in the Prairie Queen School, Saskatchewan. In March of 1963, Emily married Arnold Lesser and together they raised their son, Darrell.

Emily enjoyed spending time at the farm. She found joy working in her vegetable and flower gardens, both in town and on the farm. She was known for her homemade perogies and her clients came from all around.

Emily enjoyed her little companion, Smokie, who was always by her side, right to the end.

Emily was predeceased by her husband, Arnold in 2018, her parents, her siblings, Allan, Leonard, Ernest, Violet, Walter and Andrew.

She is survived by her son Darrell (Sherry), granddaughter Michaela, (Alex), sister, Julie and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
