   Leonilla Barbara Fisher was born in Englefeld, Saskatchewan on August 13, 1930 to William and Elizabeth (Strunk) Steiner. She was the sixth born of ten children.
While attending a wedding, Leonilla met Ed Fisher and they were married on October 4, 1949. They lived and worked a mixed farm Northeast of Kamsack and were blessed with five sons. In 1975, Ed and Leonilla moved into Kamsack. In 1996, they purchased their home where Leonilla continued to reside until the beginning of 2020. Leonilla enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved growing all kinds of flowers as well as working in her garden. Leonilla was involved in the Kamsack Royal Purple for many years and was also faithful member of St. Stephen's Roman Catholic Church and the CWL.
   Leonilla leaves to cherish her memory her children Daniel (Debbie) Fisher, Marvin (Pam) Fisher, Jim Fisher and daughter-in-law Patricia Fisher; her grandchildren Calvin Fisher, Trevor (Shantelle) Fisher, Kyle (Jennifer) Fisher, Jerrason Fisher, Melissa Hahn, Angie Yunick, Zachary Fisher, Shayln (Mykola) Rostotski , Bode Fisher; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Louise Boscher; brother, Daniel Steiner; sister-in-law, Carole Steiner and brother-in-law Linard (Juliana) Fisher; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
   Leonilla was predeceased by her husband, Ed Fisher; parents, William and Elizabeth Steiner (nee Strunk); sons, Kenneth and Randy; granddaughter, Charmaine Fisher; brothers, Carl Steiner, Mathew Steiner, Werner Steiner, Florian Steiner and William Steiner; sisters, Evereta Wacholtz and Armella Reiter.
