Rossie was born in Winnipeg, MB., where he spent most of his years. He spent a short period of time living in British Columbia and had recently moved to Pelly, SK.
Rossie was never married. He had a daughter, Alysha Rose Willias, and a grandson Rhyse. He shared his life with Heather Breland for almost nine years and had promised he was going to marry her. He loved his grandmother, Rita and his mother, Linda and step dad, Arnie. He was brother to Joey (Sandy) and uncle to his nephew Kayden and niece Hailey. His Uncle Bill and Aunty Debbie and his cousin Bryce. He loved Heather, who called him Breezy, and he always watched over her. He renovated their home and was renovating a restaurant which he wanted to see opened one day.
He loved his first dog Marley, who he nicknamed, Mars-bar and his cat, DeeDee and the biggest thing in his life was his family, especially his daughter and grandson. Rossie loved his job as a heavy machine operator. He also loved to play his guitar and sing but was shy and would blush if someone one was listening. He loved all music, especially Bob Marley.
Rossie loved the outdoors, and could swim like a fish. He was not scared of heights. He loved telling the story about the time he jumped off the Grand Canyon while Carlton, from The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, videoed him.
Rossie strived to be the best at everything he did and what ever he did had to be perfect. He took the good in people and never the bad. Rossie lived his life to the fullest and always made people happy. He always had a smile on his face.
