Wilma Auchstaetter

AUCHSTAETTER, Wilma Evelyn (nee Grobell) December 9, 1922 – November 1, 2016 aged 93 years. Wilma departed peacefully after a short period of failing health.  Wilma was born to Elmer and Helene (nee Skerven) Grobell in Kandahar, SK. She married Marno C. Auchstaetter February 11, 1947.  They married and lived in Pelly, SK until her passing.

                Wilma always had time for people and was well liked by all.  She was active and energetic into her 90’s.  Wilma, a home maker, took pride in caring for her family, she had an excellent sense of humor and will hold a special place in hearts of those who knew her.

                Wilma is predeceased by her husband, Marno in 1987, and daughter Mardis in 1979.  Wilma is survived by her siblings; Cliff (Kaye), Maynard and Sally (Eddie) children; Brad (Debbie), Robert, Christine (Bert) and Marno (Karen) grandchildren; David (Amanda), Amy (Justin), Lincoln (Christy), Trevor (Erin), Simon, Laura (Roland), Bobby (Laura), Patrick, Bradley, and great grandchildren; Sara, Kaylee, Austin, Tamera, Mason, Madison, Dylan, Parker, Brody, Donovan, Dominick and Simon.
